In addition to that, David Shearer is indeed "the strong, passionate voice that they deserve"... In fact I'm not sure the page makes sense if read as refering to ML.

I think Jordan might be referring to the fact Richard Worth is the author of the release, and that he's allegedly become the P.M. - see the top right of the second screen shot.
